During my stay over the Christmas holiday period in 2019, the hotel offered nice rooms but unfortunately had issues with the wifi not working in the room. The hotel staff were very helpful with requests and inquiries, especially providing directions and suggestions on places to visit, along with accommodating service for breakfast. The location, though a bit farther from Union City for getting into NYC, was very centralized to RT 3, making it convenient for my activities in New Jersey. The dining experience, despite being in a very nice restaurant setting, had its highs and lows. The facilities provided were adequate, offering a mix of positive and negative aspects.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-kept with friendly staff. However, there was a faint smell in the room, and some traffic noise could be heard from the Western spur. The service was accommodating and friendly, making my check-in smooth. The location was great for my purpose, despite being somewhat industrial. The dining experience was good, but a bit repetitive. The hotel offers satisfactory facilities.
